"- A union with so much potential - I feel safer knowing the union has my back. Tho, at times it feels like the OSEA executives aren't listening to their members. Our President represents us well; hearing us out and forming unity on workplace issues. The OSEA leadership however seem at times resistant to listening to us. It feels like they think they have the best ideas and just cause we're in the union doesn't mean we know whats best for us. And this is in effect the opposite of what a union is supposed to do! Personally, I'd like to see leadership staff embrace members' ideas rather than letting their egos hold the union back!"
