"I spent my 1997 Freshman year here. On 3rd day of class I was beaten profusely by 3 seniors after being jumped and taken into the bathroom for hazing. I screamed. I yelled for help. They were caught in the act by the principal. As they walked off with their chum, Mr. Carol the Shop teacher they glared at me after Mr. Carol told me to, "watch myself". Nothing happened to them. I would go on to be abused without consequence over the next year. However, each time I acted out by talking back or getting upset I would be punished...severely. Suspensions, Saturday School and a general animosity toward me among the staff that was as barbaric as it was horrific. This is a terrible, terrible small town school with a "Good Old Boy's Club" mentality that is what the prime focus on this day and ages "Anti-Bullying" push is trying to address. Horrible small town people running their own little "This is our land!" piece of America that does not welcome people that aren't just like them...Backwards small town farm people that peak in their lives at 18. I did not deserve this. Fascism is not what America was built on."
