"I have been a patient with Pacific University for over 20 years. My Dr left 2 years ago and since then the service has been really bad. The front desk has been through allot of turnover, and the quality of care has dropped. I normally go to the optometry once year to get a checkup and lens order. in 2021 i went to the clinic 6 times,over a span of 7 months to get working lens. I worked with Pat Carrol and multiple Assistants and they couldn't figure out how to get m a contact lens that works. The previous lens i have been using is no longer available from Pacific. I finally had to ask for my copy of my prescription that worked in 2916, went to another clinic and was able to get a lens that worked. Pacific U did not want to order lens because they were trying to force me into a lens that was comfortable, but could i could see out of them."

"Great stadium. Ok parking. Great covered stadium seating. Fields in great shape. Score board has a big screen TV. The track around the field is in great shape. Plenty of restaurants around the stadium also. Happen to see a couple rainbows also."
