"Great gym and great group of guys! I’ve never been involved in any form of grappling or combat sports but this is an excellent way to get the blood pumping while learning. Professor Jay and coach Tim both have unique styles of teaching and are very thorough in explaining different aspects of BJJ in a way that’s easy to understand. Both are very skilled and great teachers!! The gym is well kept and very sanitary and continually being improved upon. Rates are very affordable and are well worth it if you take advantage of all they have to offer. All of the people I have encountered have been very friendly and welcoming to new comers and are usually willing to help people learn and improve. It really kinda feels more like a family rather than training partners as you get to know the people in the gym . The gym offers Gi BJJ, no Gi BJJ, kickboxing/striking, Yoga and meditation classes so it seems there is something for everyone. If you like staying active, want to learn how to defend yourself, want to compete or just looking for another sport or something to do with your spare time rather than watch tv come check it out!
