"Parking and equipment drop off is pretty tight at this location especially when it’s busy. While trying to drop off my trailer, I got myself in a bit of a pickle. Although I wasn’t at the official drop off lane, staff was more than willing to come out and help me unhitch, and get out lol I have rented from this location before. I will run from them again. Thank you so much."

"Ice storm rolled in and ended up being way worse than predicted. It was so bad they didn't open the store but you bet they charged me for all those days. Must be safer to drive a uhaul on 2 inches of ice than a car I guess. Management at this location is a joke. No wonder you guys have so many terrible reviews. All earned I'm sure."

"I have rented equipment from this facility several times over the past 12 months. The trailers are clean and well maintained. The trailer tech makes sure that the lights are working properly with all my vehicles. The staff is super efficient and friendly. Just picked up some of their famous mirror boxes on .08.31.2018. that I use to ship vintage bike frames throughout the USA. You can add / trim / customized these cardboard boxes to fit a ton of hard to ship items. *****FIVE STARS******"
