"The guy who showed up to pour the concrete was in a foul mood, and wouldn't communicate with the finisher or any other person there. The mud was very dry and wouldn't settle correctly. The guy delivering the concrete complained the whole time that he was there on his day off and didn't want to be there at all. Just wanted to dump and run. Final product is unbelievably poor quality and required an additional thousand dollars in repair work by my finisher because the mix was so dry and crumbly. When the forms came off, sections of the wall were just flaky and basically rubble that had to be patched. The footer was in very poor condition and extra concrete had to be poured to secure the footert after the forms came off. I called in and explained, giving them a chance to make it right. They are taking no responsibility and just pointing fingers, even though every person present knew it was the fault of the mobile mix employee. I'm sure mobile mix will respond too this again saying it was on the finisher. But they had every opportunity to take some form of accountability and stand by the quality (or lack their of) of their work. Incredibly disappointing experience. I do not recommend."
