"I have been back and forth with Fred Meyer customer service and Enchanted Disney Jewelry customer service for days trying to get information on a ring they released on their social media days ago. Neither side could tell me anything about it and kept telling me to call the other stores customer service for answers. ( I don't understand how you don't know information on a product you've made but okay) I called this location and luckily spoke with Ricky, who is probably one of the most helpful people I've ever spoken with about a product. He was able to get all the info about the ring and call me back in a hour to let me know the product number and when it would actually be releasing! I could not recommend him enough!"

"Great options, and customer service is great for the most part. I just wish they didnt make the exchange issue a problem. I'm allergic to nickel, and 10k is supposed to be nickle free. Due to chemo making my body more sensitive, the very minimal amount of nickle in it reacts with my skin. Originally they told me it had no nickle in it at all. If I want to trade it in, I have to pay the price I paid times 2. Mind you this was after me having the ring for less then 2 weeks."
