"I just got to Portland for work and I needed new work boots and after being on the road for so long I didn't have a chance to get new work boots. I called this location to see if they had what I wanted in stock. They did not. Brant drove to another location and picked up the boots I was looking for after his shift ended on his time and brought them to his store the next day. He had everything I requested when I came to pickup my order. Talk about service! I wish I worked with people who were as dedicated as Brant. Kudos to Brant! If you're looking for anything at this location Brant is your go to there. Great job Brant!"

"I shopped here a few times previously without issue, today i walked into an empty store, they asked if i was looking for anything and i said a pair of boots and a resole for my other boots. BOTH EMPLOYEES (asian guy and white lady) ignored what i said and stayed in the back of the store near the register until white customer #1 entered and suddenly the white lady was more than happy to assist him in finding boots. 5 more minutes went by and a 2nd white customer entered the store and was immediately helped by the asian guy. Not a good look when i was prepared to spend $400+ on new boots and resoling for my current red wings boots. Whats even more disapointing is Cliff, the store manager wasn’t around. He was the reason i shopped at red wings. I guess i’ll try Danner instead."

"The worst experience I have ever had with a store, do not shop at this location, Gresham however is A+. I purchased my shoes 18 days ago & they were supposed to be shipped to my house. I have been calling without an answer & leaving voicemails without response for over a week only to find out the shoes were delivered to the store instead of my home 4 days ago, yet zero effort was made to let me know that occurred. Shop elsewhere."

"I just went in there for the first time to buy shoes for my new job and the woman that was working is absolutely awesome!!! She made the entire process so easy and quick! I'm blown away by the service there, not only the woman who made me feel like I was buying from a friend but also the awesome deals they give you! Fixing the threads or any leaks or damage to the shoe. I will only be buying my boots from here for now on!"
