"They have the worst pharmacy. I strongly recommend using a different one if you can. In the past I have shown up after they told me my prescription is ready only to have them tell me that it's not because they are understaffed and only making orders as people show up to get them. This happened at least three times. The final straw was when my doctor called in a new prescription for me. I called the next day to see if it was ready, they didn't have any order. I called the doctor's and they said they definitely sent it in, but would do it again. I go in person the next day (all the while I'm suffering from what the prescription is supposed to be for), and they STILL don't have it. They say in their system my doctor sent the wrong prescription to a pharmacy in Los Angeles? I have a confirmation from my doctor that has all the correct information on it. The pharmacy then tells me they have a crappy system so it could be on their end, and my doctor's office should call it in over the phone. I'm just so done. I told my doctor's office to send it to a different pharmacy and I won't be using this one anymore."

"Had a prescription sent here on a Sunday eve after they were closed. I called in the morning to check status, they said it would be 2 hours. Two minutes after I hung up, I received a text that my insurance denied the claim. I called back and the person I spoke with said that they hadn't processed it yet so the text was incorrect. He told me it would be ready in 3 hours. I called back 3 hours later and they said my insurance denied it. I called my insurance and they gave me the exact info the pharmacy needs to push it through. I called again, and gave them the information, it took about 15 minutes for them to put the correct info into the computer (they said I gave them the wrong info) but that they were going on lunch break. So it was much later than anticipated (time sensitive meds, btw). What's bananas about this entire experience is I picked up prescriptions from their Holgate location last week and had zero issues with insurance denial. This location is pretty bad. I have also had issues with pick up orders (the items were wrong, and needed to be returned). Avoiding from now on."

"Went to pharmacy on my lunch hour to pick up a prescription for my son — the DR called in pills, rather than liquid, my son is not capable of swallowing horse pills..— The pharmacist, Katelyn, was SO amazing— she was so busy, yet still stood by for a call from my DR to get a verbal authorization to change the script, then filled it in the spot!! BEST SERVICE EVER!! Thank you Katelyn and pharmacy staff for going over and above the norm!"

"Update--somewhat anomalous I suppose, but I did receive my negatives back, just not the prints since that's apparently not a service they provide (?). took my negatives to Pro Photo Supply and they were ready within a week. More like WalGROAN. DO NOT bring in film to get developed here. The person that helped me initially gave me a "promise by" date of Dec 1st but told me to call before I came to pick up my photos. After doing so I was told "They're still processing. I've never heard of a promise by date. Anything else?" The second time I called someone again tried to rush me off the phone but told me the photos were sent away and still processing, but didn't offer any other sort of explanation. The last time I called, the person was a little more helpful but alone in the store and swamped and my photos are sadly still not available. I will 1000% be going local next time. Never again! Lol"

"Best price on water that we could find in town other than Costco. Staff was helping at helping us with bathroom code and with the kids who had some trouble entering the numbers in. Came here some good doughnuts and chai at Pips."
