"I cannot begin to express my frustration with the pharmacy at this location. It’s absolutely absurd to me that they would continue to reassure me that my medication’s would be ready and then tell me that they’re out of stock when I come to pick them up. I’ve been assured by, my doctor and other pharmacies that various medication‘s are not limited in supply right now. What seems most outrageous to me is the lack of communication. Each time that I’ve been to this location, they would give me one or two of my prescriptions, but not seem to be able to find several others in their computer database. Their automated tech service would send me messages saying that my prescriptions were ready for pick up but when I arrive, they wouldn’t be in stock. When I shared my frustration with the workers at this pharmacy, there was no supportive response and no action. I asked if there was someone who I could talk to in order to make a complaint and work through the issue, and the response given to me was “there isn’t really anyone.” I’ve changed my pharmacy today and I hope to not do any business with Walgreens again."

"For a company that’s calls themselves health care does a really great job of constantly dropping the ball on refill medications. Not to mention the lovely emails of saying we will contact if we need more information then absolutely no communication whatsoever. Then you call to figure out after a week and half, and 4 phone calls later basically doing their job while they also interrupt you while your trying to explain how they lack communication and how frustrating it is to not have your medication that you have been out for even though I have confirmed from my provider and insurance that it is approved and it’s waiting on the pharmacy. This location is a joke and shouldn’t call themselves health care, the whole pharmacy staff is rude. 10/10 DONT RECOMMEND"

"Pharmacy continues to get worse - this is the closest pharmacy to my house, I have been filling my prescriptions here for the last 4 years but it’s time to find a new pharmacy. My most recent experience - I spent 50 minutes on hold trying to get a pick up estimate for my prescription because the auto answer only gives a status of “in process”. After being on hold for 50 min the call was hung up so I drove to the pharmacy, the drive through was closed and has been for weeks, there is only one person consistently at the counter helping with pick up/drop off. Save yourself the time and go to a different pharmacy."

"It’s always something with this place. Some businesses never recovered from the pandemic and this is definitely one of them. I took a couple hours off work so I could pick up a prescription before I leave on a trip, and the pharmacy is closed because they have no pharmacist. This place definitely earns all of its one star reviews."

"We moved our family’s prescriptions away from this pharmacy because they are so incompetent. I had to do a last minute prescription for my dog and thought I would just use them again real fast. Big mistake. They are worse than ever before. Dropped the prescription off on Monday. Came back Wednesday to pick it up. They had to check with the pharmacist about it (what were you doing with it the past 48 hours?) said 10-15 minutes. I went and grabbed some coffee and breakfast, came back 20 minutes later, and they said 10-15 minutes it would be ready. What are you doing?!?"
