"I have had nothing but great experiences working with Steve Palmer. He was very helpful both guiding me through a divorce and later helping me with my will and setting up a family trust. We are all well cared for whatever happens in the future. Many thanks to Steve and his caring, professional staff for their help."
"Steve Palmer is a great resource for will and trust planning. He insured all areas were discussed and covered in the final documents. He took time to explain each of the different documents and how they work. Steve responded quickly to questions with thoughtful answers."
"BEWARE OF ATTORNEY RICHARD BROWN ! He is morally bankrupt and has no integrity. He is all about how much money he can siphon from you especially when he knows you are voluntarily paying all parties involved even though you don’t owe it. He smells money and wants more, in fact however much he can get just because you are fair and considerate. Forget that my father put it in black and white in a Living Trust and he represented my father’s wishes. My father has sadly passed on. Unfortunately my father’s caregiver stole his retirement money and he was forced into getting a reverse mortgage. In order for me to get into the house that my father left for my husband and myself we need to pay the debt against the house. That is not a problem nor is it a problem that we voluntarily agreed to pay his Brown attorney fees and we agreed to pay my father’s sister ( my aunt ) the amount she asked for as being the Co-Trustee. As soon as we told her we would pay those things my aunt got on the phone and called Brown to get the amount owed to him. You would think great right? But oh no not great. Brown kept her on the phone and got my husband on the phone and started talking in his circles working on more money. It wasn’t enough for him to see the aunt get her money and him get his, oh no no no, he wants more but won’t come out and say it directly. He tries to make us think we will have all kinds of problems in getting what is willed to us. In fact he made it quite plain in a previous phone conversation that he does not represent us but only my aunt. He had no regard for the fact that my father was his client and to be happy for us for my father leaving his house to us. No, he made it plain that we are the enemy, how strange you’d say. Yes that is what I thought too. But as time went on he began to show intense interest in who and how we were purchasing the debt for my inherited house. He told us oh no no not so easy but yet he wouldn’t come out and say just what he was after. he put a stop to that, no not good enough. He is insinuating there is much more he has in store for us if we don’t play his game. He tried to get us to take my aunt’s responsibility of Co-Trustee. In fact he tried to get us to do that a couple of times. To which we said no. As we said no to that he proceeded to tell us how difficult it would be for us to get my father’s house that he willed to us. The key that my generous father shared with me years ago is that you should always use a Living Trust to will something important to your loved ones because they are iron clad. I shared that info with Brown to which I’m sure he did not like me knowing that becayit obviously did not help the fast one he was trying to pull on us. I’m sure it is difficult for others to understand all I have written . There was much more circle talk from him , boiling down to having the aunt to not accept the amount she voluntarily asked for us to pay her and we agreed to pay her for her duties as Co-Trustee, which was not our responsibility. We thought it a nice thing to do for my father her brother. And we thought it a nice thing to pay for Brown’s invoice. But he just wanted more than any of that. I think he was trying to get us to sell my father’s house. And share all money, such a weasel. So I say to anyone considering him for services, Please, BEWARE Of ATTORNEY BROWN for your own protection. I do wish I could share all details but I think there is enough here that you get the gist of it. Attorney Brown does not help all other attorneys to have better reputations. I don’t like having to give one star either. If I could I would give negative stars for Brown. Although with a little further thought I suppose he would be good for anyone that wants a dirty attorney or maybe I shouldn’t go that far, how about callous and heartless. I wish my father knew that his wishes for his loving daughter were being made difficult because of his own representation, attorney Brown. Good luck to all Thank you Dad !"
"John Bridges (and his clients) would benefit from improved communications skills. This applies to actual handling of the case as well as “off the cuff” answers to our concerns. Requesting information about our legal responsibilities of a fence which does not benefit us deserves a better $395/hour response than, “fences make good neighbors”. Especially when clearly they do not! August 23, 2023 addition prompted by “canned” response from the firm: My email to Mr. Bridges asked him to contact me so he could hear two other issuesI had. He did not contact me in two weeks. So, I will point out that Mr. Bridges emailed my boyfriend to have him ask me to take down my review…..enough said?"
"We have had the pleasure of Steve Palmer's legal assistance in the past. Again, this year, he has helped our family in understanding what needed to be done in our legal matters of preparing a Trust. We certainly appreciate your patience with us, Steve - Thank you!"
