"I love state farm. They have handled multiple car accidents for me and they have really helped consistently. This person’s secretary and him were flippant was Trevor was antagonistic. He missed an appointment, I was not notified it was cancelled, and he acted offended by me asking an insurance question. He kept saying I was acting like I was flying by the seat of my pants when I was simply trying to research a question. It was clear he neither prepared for our meeting that he missed, not the next appointment he was late for. Rather than just be nice, he tried to tell me off. Why make a good company look bad?"

"I have had only positive experiences with Trevor and his staff at State Farm. They are accommodating and easy to work with. Every once in a while I check on insurance offers and have found that I have the best rate. It was a happy coincident that the bank I have my mortgage with had State Farm already set up for home owners insurance so I get a discount. I had a little fender bender a few years ago and my premium stayed the same. On top of that, several times I have been mailed checks from them. It may be a credit for safe driver. I gave four stars because I am real picky and just don't like to pay insurance period. Four is as hi as I go unless its free."
