"Hey Guys, come get your Truck stuck at Pilot in Des Moines, IA. Driver abandoned truck. He said he got tired of Dispatch not having his Back and pulling him by the Nose."
"02/24/24 Rawlins, Wy Your truck driver 23195 blocked me on a pump (pilot Flying j) he was out at least 30 minutes. There was a lot of spaces to back up and to do all your needs. Please tell him how to properly communicate with other drivers."
"Good people and training.. Very Low Pay! $100/day after tax.. 14hr day = $7/hr.. kids working fast food jobs get paid more."
"Wouldn't recommend going to this company as a new trucker. They're teaching style kinda sucks. I was struggling and they wanted to insist on moving up the timetable since I was working with them during a holiday week. Instead of working with me and answering my questions they decide to go another route and not proceed with me. I don't think I'll ever drive for a company that doesn't want to teach their perspective employees. Also, they're not entirely upfront. They waited until I was there for orientation to tell me that you have to be on the road for 26 days of the month. Hopefully you don't have any family like a spouse or kids."
"Even though May Trucking provides their workers with free showers and washer services, the water is contaminated with mold and bacteria making workers sick. The water they provide comes from a water well, HR even confirms that their water comes with a alarming odor of “Sulfur and egg” as the HR employee described it. There is mold all over the outer part of the well that provides the workers with shower water and to wash clothes. This is a health hazard people have already gotten sick as well as a coworker one who was forced to work while having gotten sick after showering, brushing their teeth and washing their clothes with this bacteria infested water."
