They wrapped up my large furniture in blankets then plastic wrapped that for added security. They had pads on the doorways to prevent dings, they had a pad at the door because it was raining. "I have an awesome moving experience with two men and truck. The office person was very polite, understanding, and helped in scheduling the move easily. On the day of my move they called me 15 mins before they set to leave and made sure the address details are correct. They showed up on time and quickly understood the layout. They were so much efficient in packing, dissembling, moving, and assembling things back. They took care of everything and made sure that they are not damaging property and the furnitures they were moving. I highly recommend their service. "I have had used Two Men and a Truck for both my out-of-state and in-state moves in the past, although last time I unfortunately learned a lesson to ALWAYS use Two Men and Truck, because another moving company was a complete failure (All My Sons Moving - THEY ARE HORRIBLE) in my previous move. So for this move, I called up the local branch of Two Men and a Truck and scheduled the move in advance. Answered a few moving questions and inventory of what we were moving. I made sure to let them know, that we regretted using All My Sons Moving in a past move and want to stick with Two Men and a Truck from now on. Quick and painless, the person who did the scheduling, Josh, was polite and a great speaker! Fast forward to the day of the move, I hear the doorbell ring, opened the door and low and I was surprised to see not just two strong men, but three! The third dude, Ben, said he was assigned to us today for free! How awesome was that?!? So we essentially have 3 movers today with us, instead of the 2 we paid for! Wow!! Talk about AWESOME customer service!! We had ALOT of stuff, so we were grateful for the extra person. All in all, the move took right on the dot, 4 hours. It was faster than we anticipated! Ben, Oziel, and Skylar (Left to Right in the picture); those were the tremendous three who moved all our stuff and did a fantastic job throughout the process. They were friendly, above courteous and very professional. They kept me updated throughout the move and asked questions whenever necessary.
