Low balled me 30 for a 200 dollar snap on tool and acted like it was too much trouble to look up the other tools I brought. Asked for Id then proceeds to tell me that she couldn't do business with me because it was from a different county"

"I had to leave for fear of my personal safety as the firearms counter had a man with a loaded firearm who was clearly unable to even handle the weapon safely. Instead of asking him to leave and return with an unloaded firearm the clerk just stood there and watched him fumble with the loaded weapon. He crossed my person with the barrel 4-5 times before I made door the door."

"In my opinion, this is not a great place to pawn things or sell. I brought in a saw that was worth 179.00. That’s what I bought it for. They only gave me 35.00 for a saw that was only used twice. I went back a couple days later and there the saw was for 119.99. Not only was this a rip off but their customer service is severely lacking. Would definitely try a different pawn shop and I personally will never return."

"Came in today for a laptop the man was very helpful and friendly. The first one we had our eyes on ended up having a failing hard drive and was not the same operating system as listed. The second one ended up only having 50gb of storage and no specs to back the price up. Do not suggest these people as they don't list the specs of their laptops."
