"Normally I have bad experiences sending packages off, but this store made me second guess myself. Instead of just wordlessly take my package and sending it off, they actually found the cheapest, but still fastest shipment possible. Not only that, they ask if I need more packing material and made sure my package was secure. I am blown away with the customer service and will make this my primary means to ship whenever possible."
"I can't attest to any of the other UPS stores but my experience at the 79th and Powell location in Portland OR was amazing. I needed to return an item to Amazon and was totally confused on how to do it without a preprinted return label. The Amazon site information was incorrect. I thank goodness I was met with the amazing customer service skills of Tina and Demi. They both kind and so knowledgeable. Being older and not very tech savvy they walked me through all the details without being condescending or making me feel like I was an idiot. They were professionally friendly, VERY knowledgeable, respectful and helped educate me. I HIGHLY recommend this UPS Store. I can only imagine any concern or help you will need will be met with equally as positive an experience. I guarantee it will be if you are lucky enough to have Tina or Demi assist you."
