"I got turned down by the USPS in Hermiston when I wanted to send a single envelope as a piece of certified mail. So I came here. I just wanted to mail my item and be done. She did exactly that even though I had come in so close to closing. I couldn’t be more thankful for small business today. They did the apparently impossible job in Hermiston, mail an envelope with one piece of paper and give me a tracking number. Thank you! As a small business owner who was stuck mailing far from home your business made my business easy. I am very happy!"
"Had a terrible experience. Used them to ship a package 2- day cross country. Owner was snippy. When my package got delayed, I went directly to the shipping company to get it routed back asap, and she gave me grief for not sending it back to her. When I needed a refund, she charged me another 4 percent because I had used a credit card. Then she proceeds to tell me that if she were shipping the package, she would have sent it via a different carrier, and basically no wonder it didn't arrive on time. But she couldn't have told me this at the time when I was originally shipping it?!? It would have saved me a lot of time and headache. Will never be going back."
