"Unacceptable business practices. Dropped of a design for business cards. Was informed that I would receive a proof the next Monday via email for approval. Come Friday I still had not received anything. Upon my inquiry was told I would have it the next morning, Saturday. Called to follow up Saturday afternoon as I still had not received it. Was told Monday. Now it's Tuesday and still nothing. Definitely will look elsewhere."

"I needed to send my cousin in California pictures of her mom as a child that I found while cleaning out my grandparents' photos. There were a lot of them. I went to Goin Postal for help. All I had was an Amazon box that was too big for the haul. Zack helped me out tremendously. Not only did he quote me the various carriers to send it through, but he also explained to me the shipping time and price difference. After we decided to go with FedEx, only 5 day shipping and a few dollars more than the USPS media mail, he also helped me find a better box to put them in and wrapped some of the frames for me, for a very reasonable price. All of it together cost way less than what I thought it would. 5 days later, I received an exciting call from my cousin. The box arrived safely, and everything was intact. She can now share those pictures of her mom with her little girls."
"I literally wouldn't go anywhere else! I have been a loyal customer since I went in to return something I purchased online. It was going to be $70+ to ship it back to where I bought it from. The lady in Goin' Postal told me to absolutely NOT mail it, and to contact the company...she said usually the company will help out with the shipping cost, even when they state that the customer is responsible for return shipping. Well, she was absolutely correct! They sent me a shipping label, and it cost me nothing. I will never post from anywhere else now. It's a one stop shop, and they are always so helpful and fabulous, and it's in a really convenient location for me!"
