I’m an older guy with some health issues and these gentlemen got me back on the road with a terrific e-bike. They walked me through everything and answered all my questions. Alex patiently helped me try out multiple bikes. Overall, I felt they took good care of me and their prices were in line with what I found online. Big thumbs up."
