"I had a great experience here after a not so America's Best experience from there Albany store of America's Best Where the The receptionist told me they couldn't help me because they were understood although they had five people working and Customers in the store and told me I could do the vision works or the other place. Being in the library so I went into visionworks to smile a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was helped immediately one of the ladies. Helped me get my prescription from my phone to their wireless printer and printed it off for me. The other lady helped me with while I looked for glasses. I had mentioned my glasses had a screw that the other guys at the (Best) fixed, and the screw was way too long, so she took my glasses over to a gentleman and he took them and Put the right size screw In and put another screw on the other side cause it was bad. Put new cushions and clean them. Did all that stuff, and I didn't even ask for him to do the other stuff. But he saw that there was a problem and he fixed it. It seems to be what that place is all about fixing your problems, and I had a great experience. Thank you to the staff at visionworks in Albany, Oregon, at the Heritage mall."

"Literally the most positive eye care experience of my life. I got an appointment last minute TEN MINUTES before I had to be there. I waited a little, of course I did, they squeezed me in! The doctor answered a question that I’ve been asking for YEARS! He was so kind and everyone on the staff was exceptionally nice (and pretty???). Then Brittaney on the Visionworks side, told me my insurance page was down on her end while getting my lenses and frames. No problem, we had a girl talk session and time flew as she called and got the info she needed AND fixed my current frames. A talented queen. I spent 70 minutes there and literally left with a better attitude. Please give these people your business."

"Great service. I scheduled an appointment and arrived early but was taken back immediately. The exam was quick and they addressed my needs. I was able to get trial contacts and pick new frames for my lenses. I'm excited for things to arrive."

"I needed new nose pieces for my Ray-bans (purchased elsewhere) and had been to several other places (Sunglasses Hut) and was consistently told there was nothing they could do to help. Going into Vision Works was a last ditch effort, and they hit it out of the park. I had perfectly straight, comfortable sunglasses again in less than 8 minutes.
