"I had the best experience at Canby Ford. I started off looking at the same exact truck at a different Ford dealership in Vancouver, WA and had an awful experience. That dealer had an internet price, but came back with nearly $14k more after they added several unwanted charges. I immediately went to Canby and had a significantly better experience. Diego was a great person to work with. They were straight forward on the internet price and current rebates. They were reasonable on my trade-in. They got me quotes to get my lift and tires added that I felt were a great price. There was zero time wasted on haggling prices. The same items from the other dealer were lower here. I will be referring this dealer and Diego to others."

"Couldn’t be more unsatisfactory. Complete an utter disgrace of service department. I was Told it would be one week to get brakes, oil change a leaking moon roof($400 and still not fixed) and some recall issues handled, all of which were minor. $4,000 and two weeks later came to pick up to find my interior still pulled apart. Absolutely asinine considering I’ve pushed jobs back jobs and zero offer of a rental. Oh I’m sorry. The guy offered me a, “van to roll around in” when they found out it’s not even put back together. Dude! You’ve had it for 2 weeks!!!!! You offer me this now? Nobody cares anymore."
