"On December 1 of this year, this store charged me $13.55 to send a business envelope (containing a single personal check) via Priority Mail to Pennsylvania. The following month, the actual USPS in Sublimity charged me $7.95 to send the same size envelope containing the same size personal check to the same address. Interesting. Upon reflecting on this, I remembered the time a year prior when I had asked someone to send two boxes of books via Media Mail at the USPS. This person told me that instead they went to this same Postal Connections where they were advised by a store employee (who was more than happy to assist them) to repackage the two boxes into one *larger* oversized box and send it Priority because it would supposedly save them money. Obviously it ended up costing them *much* more than it would have if they had sent the two smaller boxes via Media Mail. This place rips off customers."
"I will never set foot in this place again. After calling and giving the exact dimensions and weight of my item was provided a quote for packing and shipping. Used this to establish EBay selling price. Sold item and took to them to pack and ship and the owner informs me it will be nearly double the cost."
