"I walked in at 10:45 on Thursday to order pizza for a class pizza party because the online ordering wouldn't allow me to order for pick up as early as I needed it (around 11 am). Turns out they had just gotten a new pizza oven installed and were cooking test pizzas to get the temperature right. The two young men working immediately paused what they were doing, took my order for 9 medium pizzas, and got me out the door in under 20 minutes. They were personable despite my annoyingly large order first thing in the day. The pizza was good (as expected) and made some kids very happy. Thanks for saving our pizza party, gentlemen!"
"After I got notification of my order being on its way it took 45 mins to get it. I live 5 minutes from the store. Not only was it late they also went to wrong house. I also ordered the pepperoni cheese stuffed bread. Don't waste your money. Ordered twice and hardly any cheese and only 2-3 slices of pepperoni"
"If I could give no stars I would they continuously make mistakes and don’t care! Can never get through on the phone to an actual person. Ordered pizza for square cut and got both! Instead of remaking it they passed it off… figaros in town doesn’t do this!"
"My guys food was fine my pizza I asked for extra sauce got no sauce when I called took about 25 minutes for someone to pick up she apologized but didn't attempt to rectify the mistake. Update I called next day and they fixed it so I was satisfied. Ok today I decided to use their $5.99 carry out special so I ordered 2 medium 2 topping pizzas at $5.99 each with 1 cup garlic sauce and 1 cup marinara sauce which on their website says there 50 cents a piece got charged 75 cents a piece the total price should have been $13.48 we were charged $15.48 so they charged us for the $6.99 delivery deal nobody seems to know what there doing the pizza was good but still don't like being over charged for a service of delivery when it was carry out"
