"I went to pick up my medication, and two out of three items were missing. They informed me, "We don't have it; we'll call you when it's available." However, after five days with no calls, I returned to pick up my daughter's medication, which her doctor had sent that morning. The response was, "We don't have it; come back tomorrow morning." I feel their organization is lacking, with insufficient time to fill prescriptions promptly. When people come to pick up their medications, they are deferred to the next day, hoping there will be time to fulfill them. The staff was rude, both to me and an elderly gentleman in front of me. When I inquired about my medication, which had been placed a week ago with the expectation of a call, they again said, "Come back tomorrow." This constant deferral indicates a lack of time to fulfill prescriptions promptly. Their location should undergo a government audit as people's lives may be at risk if they are even a day late in taking their medication. The staff appears untrained and discourteous, likely due to the pressure they face from not executing their job correctly, which also points to a management issue. Staff's rudeness towards both me and the elderly gentleman. This conduct is unacceptable. Despite this, I had no intention of returning, and I will request my doctor to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. Save your time; go somewhere else."
"This review is the good and bad of this Walgreens Pharmacy. I have been picking up prescriptions from this Pharmacy for 5 years. Over the years I have seen a massive influx of more customers. I have also seen a decrease in Staff. This means wait time in line is average, 20-45min. If you call, wait time to speak to a staff member is 5-30min. However the Staff, overall, remains helpful, positive, and sincere. I have always had my phone call answered, all my concerns resolved, and my prescription ready when I am told it's ready for pick up. They are a Pharmacy that is doing the absolute best with the given resources they have. One huge resource is the online Pharmacy. Make a profile and you can check if you have any refills on a medication. Request a refill on a current medication. You can see if there is a delay and will tell you why. You can even put your insurance and payment method on your account! It makes everything easier."
"No. I absolutely do not recommend. I'd leave zero stars if it was an option. Wednesday I waited 2 hours to get a prescription for my daughter only for them to close right at about 7:20 p.m. I needed to get a prescription for my daughter's infection and she was in a lot of pain. I begged them to please get the prescription for her and they made an exception. But they could not get me MY medication. No worries... I'm a mother and typically used to sacrificing my own needs for my children. But my medication remained "in process" for 5 days on the automated system. I contacted them again via phone and was on hold for 2 hours only to be disconnected at the 2-hour mark. I called the manager of the store who was dismissive and said that they were probably really busy. She tried to transfer me to them in order to speed the process along. However, no one picked up the phone. The workers here are typically very kind. I believe that this is a corporate issue. They need To hire more help immediately and offer livable wages for their employees in order to keep them and meet the community that they are serving. I do not know what wages they offer their employees but what I do know is that people will stay and will provide hard work even in difficult times when they feel appreciated and cared about. Being here, waiting in line, hearing what customers and employees are saying... It's nearly impossible to not see that these employees are stretched beyond their limits with very little support from the company that they work for. This is not a place to not provide support and livable earnings. Medication is a human need and a human right. Do better for your employees... do better for your customers do better for humans... Walgreens. Do. Better."
"Don’t get upset at the pharmacy staff, this is a management issue. I feel awful for the staff who work here. There were about 20 people in line constantly while I was there today for a vaccine. I had scheduled an appointment for my vaccines for 5:30, got through the line finally by 6:30, and was told that they couldn’t find my appointment information, and that waiting for a vaccine would be at least another hour. Meanwhile, I overheard conversations of the pharmacy misplacing prescriptions and getting the wrong customers in the database for prescriptions, and there were sometimes 5- to 10-minute periods of time where the whole pharmacy stopped attending to the windows and were talking intensely in the back. This is a MANAGEMENT issue, I’ve seen it happen before in life. I left without getting a vaccine because I actually didn’t trust that they would be administering the correct vaccine after witnessing these events go on for over an hour. I will not go back, but if I had to, I would continue to be kind to the staff. Please consider being kind. Don’t be the person yelling at the staff, they look like they have been experiencing that all day."
"Pharmacy service is atrocious. Takes more than 5 minutes to process a single customer, as staff isn't adequately trained with the result that they frequently have to go and ask someone else on even the simplest routine queries. Photo shows the line at 9:20 pm Pacific on 9/5/23. 8 people ahead = 40 minute wait."
