"Update: I’ve tried this store 2 or 3 times since initial review. Same experience. Today store closes at 4pm, I arrived at 3:50pm and there are 13!!!! People in front of me and only one service specialist. If they would appropriately staff with at least two workers at all times and one dedicated to Amazon returns that would make a big difference. This store location is continually short staffed which makes a 5-10 min wait typical. Often just one clerk servicing customers. I prefer the other UPS location near Safeway south of town."

"I was standing in line waiting my turn and a lady from the back was headed out to lunch. She saw me, nodded then went back to get me s package delivered today. Not a word was spoken. For 27 years I was a member of Bank Of America and not once did any employee recognize me. Facial Recognition by another person is crucial in providing quality customer service. This one act by this employee at the UPS Store made the difference to me."

"Don't get your passport photo taken here. It's cheaper and easier to get it taken at the county passport office, by professionals who know what the criteria are. The UPS Store offers free retakes if it gets rejected, but not refunds. The likelihood of rejection is high, due to low equipment quality and poor training. They forgot to tell us to take glasses off, for instance. We remembered in time but the photos were rejected anyways. What's the point of going all the way back and having to make yet another appointment? It's also clear from observing other customer interactions (not to mention the other reviews) that everyone who works here is miserable, including the owner. I'm sure corporate policy is responsible for some of it, but I'll leave you to speculate about the other reasons. Whichever way, it's very possible you also will be sad and feel ripped off if you use this store."
