"I used to bring in my usps packages several times per week already labeled and drop them off. I was told today that I was an inconvenience and that I filled their cart and that they didn’t make any money from me dropping off my packages and he wishes I would drop off at the post office (which is at least another 20 minutes round trip). This should be a neighborhood friendly customer service oriented business but I guess not. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and encourage others to do the same."

Don't know if the guy that helps me is the owner or not, but he's awesome. He is patient, efficient, quick, and helpful. Pak Mail offers service thru FedEx, UPS and the US Postal Service, finding the best way to get your package where it's supposed to go. It's a great service and they do it very well. Highly recommended."
