"I have never hated myself more after eating a meal. If I could give my Big Mac -4 stars, I would. Oh my, that is the most disgusting meal I have had in a while. I ordered a medium Big Mac meal, extra Big Mac sauce (the last few times it’s been hecka dry, gotta be that extra bun) ANYWAYS, I open the box and there is sauce everywhere; all over the box, both sides of all the buns, I cannot. I would have taken a picture, but once I picked it up, I could not put it down. Let me grab a napk- OH WAIT, they didn’t give me any napkins either. Or ketchup, or a straw. My fries were half cold and half full. I don’t know if someone was having a bad night or what, but lord almighty. That was so freaking bad."
"I’ve always loved coming to this McDonald’s specifically up until recently…. First time I’ve had an issue: I ordered a 10 piece nuggets with some sauces but ended up getting 8 pieces of nuggets with no sauce at all. Second time, which is as of right now that I’m typing, ordered 2 6-piece nuggets and only got one box and fries are half empty. I was also trying to use my mobile code and it didn’t work. I asked the girl (apparently she’s a manager, one with short black hair) why it didn’t go through, she responded with “I don’t know what you want me to do?” As someone who’ve worked at a different McDonald’s before, this customer service and attitude was horrible. Only if you heard the tone in her voice, the ignorance to even solve the problem. Kudos to the nice gentleman that fixed the situation and gave us 2 large fries and 20 more nuggets. Filling up our fry boxes would’ve been enough, but your gesture was very kind."
"I don't blame the crew, they are working hard and serving as fast as they can. I witnessed entitled people try and bully them and the crew handled it with calm and grace.on to the bad stuff. The disabled parking is atrocious, often I am trapped waiting for the neverending drive thru so I can move."

"Busy. Inside and out. Nobody at Taco Bell across the street. Everyone was here. I ordered from the kiosk. No receipt. The young man behind the counter was on it. Helpful and looking out for me. The employees were all hustling. Orders coming in, food going out, rock on."
