They go above & beyond in terms of creating site-specific sustainable solutions to provide homes with potential renewable energy, passive heating & cooling solutions, and are mindful of cutting down the carbon footprint of construction through the use of local materials & hiring of local construction crews. The have several sustainable building certifications between the members of their team, such as Passive House, LEED Certification, and Earth Advantage Certification, as well as years of experience putting these certifications to use in their own practice. And above all, they are patient and incredibly kind humans, that are easy to work with & want the best end product for their clients!"
