Farmers Insurance - Kristopher Johnson

"Beware of this place. I thought I was getting legitimately covered car insurance through farmers directly for 6 months for the total amount of $824.34. My complete stupidity I proceeded to make the payment. I should of caught the red flags immediately, I put a little trust and faith into what I thought was "FARMERS INSURANCE" After doing some digging and some research and calling certain offices around the state as well as Washington. It was not actually a Farmers Insurance company. It was actually a third party company called BRISTOL WEST, with a 1800 number. The "agent" who specifically said he worked for Farmers Insurance processed my payment and the money was taken from my account. After the payment was made, I then received what I thought was a actual insurance cards, and that was all that was sent to my email address. A copy of some random " car insurance" modified with changed dates and name and made up policy number. I then receive a notice in the mail from Farmers insurance stating that they never received my payment and that I owed them $25. I kept this letter as proof, as well as these fake insurance cards, as well as this agent by the name of Adam I never received any policy information regarding my newly bought auto insurance policy. Nor had Farmers insurance company employ a Adam stack. I don't think stack is his last name I should of went in person and signed the papers and met this agent. So now I have repeatedly asked the guy who works there now Kristopher Johnson of this guy named Adam and he doesn't know who I'm talking about. Get your papers and documents always in writing to their directly. Ask for the agents # that insurance company's use. It just conveniently happened this guy ceased to never exist. It's ok I'm doing what's necessary to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. This guy will be found and I'll see to it he is brought to justice and pay back the money he stole from my account."
