"My wife and I ordered on the app 3 sandwiches. We got two large smokehouse beef and cheddar brisket we also got a medium chicken Parmesan meatball. There was no barbecue sauce on the brisket and no cheese. We’ve been there before many times but we have seen how the quality has declined. Tonight is the last time we go there. We were very disappointed with the food. We spend about $50. And we drove about 15 minutes just to get there and I regret it when I got home and I saw the sandwich was horrible. Plus it’s Friday night and the place is empty. I wonder why."

"$11 sandwich ordered via app for pick up. Opened it up and there's literally nothing but a tiny portion of chicken and produce between the bread. I ordered everything on it as well. This place is usually good but last few times I've been disappointed with how much they give you. Prob won't be back for a while. Better value elsewhere. Shrinkflation is real ladies and gentlemen. "Super friendly staff and what a great sandwich. It was delicious. I got the Italian foot long and it was a big sandwich. The quality of the food was excellent. It was much better than anything I have gotten from the subway. I will definitely be back to try some other sandwiches. There is salt and straws nearby so you can make a nice date night out of it. It is a nice area. Again the staff was friendly and the store was clean."
