"We now live outside of Oregon though have enjoyed many dinners at Bamboo in the past. Tonight we brought our aunt to celebrate a belated Christmas. Before our delicious meal, one of sushi chefs made our son’s day by crafting a bear bowl out of an orange with the orange segments and several pieces of sushi. Every morsel was delicious and we truly appreciated the kindness and generosity of this chef to make a child’s day. Thank you for a wonderful dinner and experience."
