Courtyards at Fairview

"I lived here from 2007-2008 and again from 2015-2017. My experience was amazing. Becca was the best property manager I ever had. I wish I stayed in contact with her. I would move back, in a heartbeat, but I prefer top floor apartments and my mobility will not allow me to get anything but a ground floor apartment at Courtyards at Fairview. Plus I want to live in a building with interior hallway entrances. My experience here is getting me to focus on Affinity managed properties for my next (and hopefully last) home."

"Have been trying to work with Becca the property manager to get my name off a lease of an apartment I have not lived in for two years. She constantly said she would do one thing and never did. She is patronizing and rude. She is disrespectful to the point of me yelling at her because she constantly can’t do her job. Received this very kind text message after telling her off and hanging up. Completely unprofessional."

"So far so good. Management has been great to work with. I was in a position that i had to suddenly move from CA with very little notice. They helped me get into an apt quickly and smoothly. Worked around my scheduled that is consistently changing. Got the apt ready earlier than originally planned. They have a very friendly pet policy, which was a huge plus for me. Community seems to be quiet which is nice. I work 14-16 hours a day and i like that when i go to bed there isn't a lot of stuff going on the is preventing me from sleeping. As i said, so far they have been great to work with and i am very happy."

"Save your money..do not rent here. The walls are paper thin and you can hear dogs running around shaking your bedroom at all hours. The management plays favorites and tows cars even though they are registered to the complex which costs you $300. They charge some people late fees and not others, even though they don't make it clear what day your rent is really do. They make false promises, like offering you a garage even though one is not available. Not to mention is always smells like crap because of the water treatment plant down the road and it is directly under the jet stream to PDX so it's always loud."
