"I drive cross country and this hotel is great value for the price. Clean, spacious rooms with convenient parking. The shower had solid pressure and the morning coffee was good too."

"The management lady was screaming at me and when confronted as to why she was over exaggerating the situation, she got even more disrespectful with me. Her and the other manager then brought in some dude and tried to intimidate me by threatening me. They're the ones that respond to these reviews as if someone is going to "investigate" the situation so good luck being heard. Edited response: This is so "uncommon" that there's an awful lot of the same reviews. How are you guys still in business and who's letting you get away with this?"

"The people running this place have been harassing me and threatened a woman for being around the travel center. He's threatened my life with the police and treats people like they're peasants cuz he drives a tesla. He's been causing problems as well for the petro business by lying and saying he's being stalked when nobody cares about them. He uses his diabetes as a crutch to treat people like trash and from the reviews, this is a normal thing."

"A rude, spiteful, unprofessional, nepotistic, family-run hotel where the guests are intruders and the management hates doing anything for anyone besides their family members. Absolutely terrible, insufferable hotel management. Miserable people to talk to and know. A generally depressing experience. Avoid."

"I’m not one to wright bad reviews especially since this Was not a bad lil hotel but we needed to check out a day early and initially they asked for an email to send a receipt for the refund to. But I said to give it to the room service. When I called to check if they were able to they then said that we actually owed more money because we switched rooms witch I called over a week before to arrange and was assured it would be no extra cost they then said I canceled and should have given 24hr notice. But I didn’t cancel I had stayed there and checked out one day early. And on top of that if you need anything at night you better look up their number and call because they will not acknowledge you if you just walk in the office."
