"honestly one of the most unprofessional property manager groups. my roommates and I waited for an hour on Liam to show. ten minutes after the tour was supposed to begin he finally texted, letting us know he canceled. immature and unprofessional. they ignored multiple calls and texts from us before canceling. do not waste your time with this horrendous company, and especially do not waste your money on them. if I could have left zero stars, I would have."

"unfortunately this management company is rather unhelpful. Me and my partner were locked out of apartment a 6pm, not that late in terms of a working day, and we could get NO ONE to come to the property to give us the spare keys. The 24 hour emergency guy didn’t have they keys for some reason (???) and our property manager wouldn’t answer the phone when he tried calling. Which I would understand if it was after 8pm but it was 6pm :( And we didn’t really want to get a locksmith who would mess up the door knob and have to pay for that on top of the lock smithing fee. So we stayed at a family’s place until the morning. When we called the building, Leigh picked up, which by the way her constant help and kindness is the only reason I’m give this place a 3 instead of a 1. Leigh is great!!! She got keys made for us and we drove out to West Linn from Portland. When we got there the lady at the front desk was kind of unhelpful, basically about to turn us away even though we waited all night and then drove all the way out there when Leigh came in and saved the day!!! Got us our keys and back in our apartment, thank you Leigh!!! The main thing is there should be things in place when this happens, I understand work life balance for our manager but most other places I’ve lived have had protocol in place for when tenets get locked out and also don’t give us the run around:( maybe don’t manage properties 30 mins away if you can’t handle it l!"

"horrible company, they don't inspect lived in housing and don't repair unless you get the city/County involved. bad customer service as well, rude workers. it would be better if you didn't use them for your property's, bad image and don't take care of the property."
