"A decent place to live. The apartments are in pretty good shape, and the location is good. We have been here for several years. The Staff is caring, and attentive, and the maintenance supervisor. Dirk Asbury, does a good job keeping things in order, and being in touch with the residents. We have been happier here than some of the other places we have lived."

"The entire place was awesome 2 years ago. Then all of the wonderful plants were stripped out for a fern forest that all promptly died. The privacy of the pool was removed and nothing was ever done to accommodate actual residents. While leaving we went through a grooling process of trying figure out exactly what was going to be charged for and not. As "the walls are always re-done so they aren't part of a fee" and then we're pointed to our lease and not actually told anything. Unfortunately I believe it is because of the unawareness of the very clearly, very new management. All the friendly atmosphere that made me move in has been replaced with the uniformed, and the robotic. I don't want points on a website. I want a place to live I enjoy living at. If you're unaware of the limitations and conditions of Oregon weather, please hire someone who consults someone who is. Don't install things that you do not understand the limitations of in my place. I am insanely disappointed."

"We rented a 2 bedroom for several months while looking for a house. Thank goodness it was a temporary situation. Immediately upon moving in, several things broke in the apartment. Management was at least good about fixing it quickly. While living here, there was a change in management and they cut down all the trees and sprayed herbicides all over the grounds to kill the grass. Having chemicals all over the place prevented me from opening any windows as we have a 6 month old baby. We did not appreciate the killing off of all the landscaping in such a careless way. Parking was also an issue. You get assigned one parking spot per apartment, and if you have a second car you have to compete with other residents for guest spots. Sometimes we weren’t able to find a place to park after coming home from work. The only good thing about this place is that management is friendly. But of course, their last hand written note to us wasn’t “thank you for renting with us”, it was “we’ll send you to collections if you don’t pay the last bill on time”. Having JUST received the last rent bill (which they took their sweet time to send me), that left a sour taste. I planned to pay on time and I did pay on time, no need to threaten to send me to collections."
