"Update: newest rent increase was $600 per month. Renters beware dont move in. They just raise rent every 12 months.this newest rent increase was over 40% increase. I'd leave a zero star if possible. They started managing the complex a year ago, and have already been thru 3 managers. No one on site, they give us a new contact to call every other month and I have never been able to get ahold of 1 of them. No response to emails, phone calls, portal request. Nothing. Oh I forgot. There is something they have done. Raised rent 20% + since they've been here doing nothing. Dog park isn't accessible to our complex. They built a kids park, then put a bunch of storage containers in front, littered with nails and glass for the kids to climb over for 6 months straight. They've been "painting my unit" since October 2022. It's now February 2023 and still not done. When workers show up. (Unnanounced) they have no management with them and expect you to leave your door open and unlocked for them all day. They use power we pay for as well as water. Super professional contractors they use. I'm pretty sure they hired them at the home depot check out line. Overall worst living experience I've ever been in. Waiting to see where it all goes."
"I previously moved in to bloc at 26 in a newly renovated and updated unit and everything that I've experienced here so far has been absolutely horrible. The management refuses to get back to me and deal with any problem or situation that is unacceptable and not okay. Where do I start? Well I guess I'll begin with all the issues that happened right when I moved in. I was missing smoke detectors when I moved in and there was no blinds in my unit when I moved in and had to wait multiple weeks just to get those installed. The apartment, the garage and backyard were all filled with trash from previous tenants or the maintenance when they renovated my unit. After that I started noticing things like my daughter's bedroom door would not close and there was no faces to the drawers and no cupboard doors in my kitchen or my upstairs bathroom for almost 2 months. When the maintenance came to fix the bedroom door. He ended up breaking the door jamb and left it that way, he just slammed it with a hammer and left cracks and dents in the top of the door jamb as well as telling me there was nothing he could do about the missing faces to all the drawers and the doors to the cupboards. There's also cracks in my ceiling that have not been fixed even though I have mentioned them to management management .On top of that there is a water bill due from the previous tenants and my water is about to get shut off because they will not pay it but told me that they have. I have been in touch with the water company and they said that there has been no payments made. There also was extensive black mold under my kitchen sink and in the cabinet under my sink and all they did was send a restoration company out to tear out the bottom part of my cabinet and the wall under the back part of it where my sink is. It has been left that way for almost 2 weeks now and no one has been in touch to come and fix or repair the problems. I have multiple children that live with me and this is a health and safety issue and they do not seem to care even the slightest bit. Multiple times I have tried to contact the manager and the company that owns and runs this property and they will not get back to me. They refused to prorate my rent for all the massive inconveniences and I feel like I'm being neglected as a resident and tenant and I feel like I'm being bullied by them. Overall the worst experience I've ever had living anywhere. I pay $2,100 a month to live in a situation that I feel is a nightmare. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would seriously recommend you reconsider before renting here."
"Would also give zero stars if available. Was living here when the property was sold to these new owners. They gave a false eviction notice after not being able to prove behind rent (I keep my receipts), Took rent out of bank account twice (without authorization) then refused to give us our money back (had to get it back through the bank), and refused to give proper notice of rent increase. They “renovated” these places by painting over the old rotting wood and could care less about the maintenance that needed to be done. Only thing this company did good for my family was push us to move into our new home."
"We were very very happy with our experience working with Hailie. She was always available to show us available units and had patience with us when we could not decide. We finally decided on a 3bed townhouse unit with garage. We move in on the first of June. So far this company has been very professional and accommodating."
"We moved in in June. The mailbox key we received did not work. We requested a new one. After two months of being told "we're looking into it." And "were waiting on someone from the post office." I finally said to hell with it and went to speak to the post office myself. $40 and 24 hrs later we had three working keys. We have had a service request submitted pretty much since we moved in regarding several issues with the kitchen appliances. A month after submitting that request, maintenance finally stopped by (unannounced I might add) and said those appliances needed replacing. This was back in late July early August. Since then it has been radio silent from management and just this morning I went to pay our rent to see that the service request was cancelled with none of the issues being resolved. All we ever get from management is "we're looking into it" or something to that effect, or total radio silence. That's when you can get a hold of them at all. Often times we call during the day only to get sent to voicemail, never to receive a call back. Save your money, find yourself something better."
