"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We were on the second floor but there was no elevator, so getting our luggage up to the room was a workout. The building smelled overwhelmingly awful and the room wasn’t any better. They allow pets and you can tell instantly by the odor. The $100 smoking fee is a joke, the entire building smelled like an ashtray. We could hear dogs barking in a room down the hall. Every time a door opened for another room, it sounded like our door was being opened. We kept the deadbolt and latch on the entire time. The mini fridge was off when we arrived, so we turned it on. Whenever the fridge motor would kick in, the TV would glitch out for a few seconds. The hotel is split into multiple buildings, so getting ice and breakfast meant walking through the sketchy parking lot. The scrambled eggs had a weird consistency, like they were powdered. The lady at the front desk was rude, and their replies to other reviews show they still don’t understand how to take the criticism as an opportunity to improve, but instead would rather blame the customer for not “understanding.” I will never stay here again and won’t recommend to anyone."

"Everything was pretty good up until the end. My wife has been taking care of her Dad who had a stroke last month and is a Vietnam Veteran. He ended up homeless last month due to somebody else, not him. This man has done everything right in what I would consider the book of living. The owner here's I think his name is Allen and the manager Jim told my wife that they will not rent to them anymore due to her Dad's illness and him having bladder issues in thr night. Even though she offered to clean the sheets herself and even replace them. She even put a tarp on his bed to protect the mattress. She asked him if he knew that this was discrimination especially against a Veteran with disabilities. He (allen) asked She was threatening him. By all means she said absolutely not. He then called the cops on them because my father in law couldn't stand and answer the door as she was outside taking the dog potty.Thats another story. Long story short I would not rent from these people. They judge from the moment you walk in those doors. A worker there told my wife this. "If you look iffy, dirty, or anything they will judge you and tell us not to rent to them" she said they are the most judgmental owners she's known. My Dad has gotten a lawyer and is in the process of suing. Please don't rent from this guy and give him the satisfaction of taking your money. He even took there $100 deposit plus charging more for a pair of stained sheets!! These people need bought out and booted!! Good luck to future renters!!"

"Stayed here because it was relatively inexpensive and was not planning to stay in the room that much. If you stay in the queen suite with the kitchenette you may actually have a great time. Although the place is VERY dated! The rooms are barely possible in cleanliness, this place happens to be a converted apartment building. That being said the rooms are very spacious! The patio is very nice to unwind and having a decent size fridge is great, not forgetting the stove and counter space if you feel like cooking. This place is dog friendly and plenty of areas outside for them to do their business."

"No elevator had to lug luggage up 2 floors of stairs. The pool was outside in the middle of the complex it was quite loud when people were in the pool Rooms were very nice and very large. Nice amenities."

"It's OK. The room smelled like smoke, hallway light came in around the door frame. But ya know? We were ending our camping trip early due to a forest fire, and they put us up in a decent room in the middle of the night for a good price. Breakfast was free and plentiful; that's $50 value right there- for a family of 4... The swimming pool is 5 star, according to my kids."
