"I've lived here for almost 3 months and it's pretty good. The rooms are small but not too small and each room has a kitchen, each floor shares a bathroom. You can do laundry in the basement and neighbors are friendly and quiet. Overall it's a comfortable little building and if you are looking for a starter place to live, this is a good place."
"While I personally do not reside here, it definitely has great curb appeal. The exterior appeared to be well kept and maintained. The architectural design caught my eye, and I ultimately captured a picture. Truly appreciate the preservation of historic looking structures."
