"Same as so many other customers reported. They want receipts for EVERY claim, ie. 10 bucks to the pharmacy. They will say they haven't received 3 out of 4 receipts you send. It feels like a system designed to make it so difficult to get a claim you will just.let it go and they can keep the money. "If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I have sent in a receipt multiple times with everything that they have listed that needs to be on it and it has been declined every time. The company requires a receipt for every purchase from any doctors office and usually I have to send in 2-3 of the same receipt for it to finally get accepted. They will literally decline the first receipt sent in if and then immediately after want “reimbursement” for it, which if you know how FSA works you pay every month for the card. So how do you need “reimbursement” for me using the money that I gave you to use the card? I’m not sure how they think business is done but I have never experienced business like that. Imagine going into the supermarket buying some mustard paying for it then a few days after them contacting you that you need to reimburse them for the items you bought with your money. Overall this company’s customer support is so mediocre some seem to try and help and others don’t know their way around their computer. If I didn’t already sign up for this and pay every week I would cancel. But then I would be out a large chunk of change. I get this benefit through the company I work for and I’m thankful for that but man this company needs some MAJOR adjustments in all areas. It did not used to be like this (needing a receipt for every single purchase) even for like $10 from the hospital it’s annoying and ridiculous to deal with. I would not sign up for this company and give them your money. Find a better company for your sake!"
