"I'm giving them 3 stars. The office people are nice and great but when you sign up they tell you that you get your deposit back. Well they don't give deposits back and I could od left my storage unit dirty and not cleaned it. One of the office Gals was dealing with a gate issue that day I cleaned out my storage unit and I stopped to ask what else I needed to do for my deposit back and she said "looks good, I don't see why you wouldn't get your deposit back". She also mentioned that it would take 10 days for me to see it back in my account. When we called 2 weeks later the person over the phone said they don't give deposits back. Don't use this place unless you want to get ripped off!!"

"So easy to get a storage unit set up! Very helpful and professional customer service!"

"Change is hard. I've been a customer a long time. Rates doubled in the past year. Granted they probably weren't charging enough before but now I'm more motivated to move out. They also changed the payment system. So while I used to have an auto payment now I have to remember to pay that bill. That being said the site is secure. Locked gate. Hours for access. Good location."

"The mini storage clean and very nice. Staff is friendly. The rv park is getting better. Still a dive full of antiquated trailers. Though it is kept nice. Just depressing seeing people live in trailers that were made during Eisenhower's administration."
