"WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. I’ve made my rent payment online for a year. That’s 12 payments I was able to make online. The winters been tough and I was late on rent, I received a 30 day notice but when I went to pay it they removed the option to make partial payments and nobody replied after trying to contact them repeatedly. I informed them of the issue and they proceed to tell me I’ve never been able to pay online and can’t help me. I HAVE NEVER MADE. PAYMENT THAT WASNT ONLINE. The management is horrible. Never have any solutions they just blame upper management and tell you they can’t help you. Whether it’s for mail, rent, lease information etc. I honestly don’t even know why he’s here. Quality of materials used to build the apartments is cheap and installed carelessly. For $1500 a month the trim lights shouldn’t be tilted at angles on the walls, trim should be straight, washer and dryers should work, paint should be quality. But honestly that’s to be expected in 2023. What’s not to be expected is the horrible customer service. I’ve had multiple problems with management. I have lived here for months and still have never had access to view my lease agreement. The manager randomly deleted my portal account so have no way to view my account balances, pay bills or view any of my account information. Any time I have a package delivered that’s too big to fit in my standard mail box they put the package in parcel lockers and it takes me DAYS sometimes it’s even taken WEEKS to receive my package. And then when they do receive it they just LEAVE IT ON THE FLOOR IN THE MAIL ROOM FOR ANYONE TO GRAB. I have several hundreds of dollars worth of packages sitting in there now I still can’t access. NEVER BEEN SO DISAPPOINTED. Would not recommend living here to anyone."

"I lived at The Lodge for one year. The apartments themselves are very nice and secure, but dealing with management is a complete and utter train wreck. I was charged nearly $500 for a parking spot I never requested, was never informed of and never used. It was only after threatening legal action that they were willing to give me a refund. It has been nearly 3 months since I moved out, and I have yet to receive my security deposit. I have been reaching out to them consistently to no avail. I honestly doubt I will get it at all, even though I left the apartment in perfect condition. I would strongly suggest to look elsewhere for a home."

"From the First view and the tour, I just love how clean and Professional everything looks. Always end up with those types who don't care for that type of look. and the units were even better looking than the Virtual tours themselves. overall think Ill push hard with my family to move in here!"

"The Lodge is a beautiful complex in the heart of Walla Walla. Staff is excellent and the cute coffee shop next store is great! Close to all things down town and grocery shopping just steps away."

"We are very excited to finally be here! Andrea was extremely accommodating and worked hard to get us into our space. We had quite a few setbacks initially but she kept us in the loop and is still going above and beyond to get us into our permanent residence. I've also had the pleasure of working with Tom (the maintenance supervisor) and he was prompt, helpful, and very nice after the work is done. He always says hello when you see him on the property."
