"I would have given 5 stars 2 years ago, before new management took place. I have a family member that has lived there for 10 years without incident. The previous on site manager was respectful, helpful and fair. The dynamics have changed dramatically, the tenants that I am acquainted with have stated that they are living in a stressful environment, these are seniors and people with disabilities."
"It used to be a very comfortable and peaceful environment. The on site manager who was there when I first entered was very kind, respectful and treated everyone fairly. When he retired, another manager was hired. I moved because I couldn't handle the ongoing violations of my civil righs and Tenants Privacy Act. The ongoing abuse and harassment toward the elders and disabled is unacceptable. It's supposed to be independent living for seniors and disabled. The site manager acts more like a warden a than a manager ."
"A family member lived here for many years. Beautiful landscaping, very friendly and caring management. The neighbors seem to watch out for each other. Two thumbs up!"
