"Ordered a lift chair in March--told it would take 6 weeks. We've stopped in 2-3 times and they have never followed up on the order. Now, 4-months later, still no idea if it is coming and NOT ONCE have we received a call from Norco regarding this order. Apparently, once ordered, they take no further action until items are received. If not received there is no need to contact customer, has been our experience. Maybe this is only on special order items since getting replacement parts for other medical equipment has not been a problem. Still VERY frustrating."

"I got the best customer service I have had in a long time when I phoned Norco medical today. Brad was such a nice guy on the phone! He listened fully to the issue at hand and personally solved it in a matter of minutes! I was inquiring about my CPAP machine and why I hadn’t gotten it yet. He did some research and found the problem and personally walked the order to the shipping department! I am looking forward to long positive relationship with this department as I am receiving oxygen in addition to my machine. He spent extra time to make sure I understood everything and even sent a link to a how to video right away! Kudos to old fashioned, personal and positive customer service!!!"
