"New to area familiar with northbend hotel in northbend Oregon grand ran by same property management, by far the grand is ran down. Hallways wreak of strong cat urine on fourth floor half time my friend has to emergency exit often due to smoke alarms going off from apparent drug users on same floor & I was quite concerned about using elevator bc sounds it put out scary. Alot of people depend on that elevator on 4th floor in case emergency that smoke alarm went off for a solid 29 minutes does so often I'm complaining."
