"Very helpful and informative! Got me a voucher in less than half a year! Everyone was very nice and friendly! Went in and met with a pretty blonde girl who asked what I had and saw my blue packet and emediately let the lady in the back know and informed me she can meet me at the next window. She looked through the papers and was very pleased we had it all. Though.... We did put n/a on it and weren't supposed to.. They should put that on the paperwork so people don't forget. And they got back to us about it a couple days later! Very fast!"
"There are a few people here who are extremely rude and make it obvious that they are there to make money, not much else. One person has gone so far too stare at me judgementally and talk to me as if I'm stupid or something. I would give this place just one star but there is a woman who works here who makes up for all her rude co workers. She is just so sweet and kind and really shows that she cares deeply for everyone and their situation. She is younger and has long pretty hair; I suggest talking to her rather than anyone else, if you can help it."
