"The young lady at the front desk was easy to work with and made checking in a breeze. I had a giftcard I wanted to use and even though she hadn't ran a giftcard before, she got me taken care of. The rooms aren't bad but need some updates. My room was clean. I did not love the mattress (it was too hard and lumpy for me). As others have stated, my room door didn't seal fully shut so it was slightly breezy throughout the night and I could hear everything. I really appreciated the "to go" breakfast boxes so I could eat in my room like the weirdo I am and not have to socialize."

"Great hotel a good day's drive from the Bay Area north along I5. Easy on/off to freeway. A great price for this quality along I5. When the M6 close by is getting 90 this is a real bargain at 120. When the M6 is getting 70 and this place is 140, that's what you would expect. A well run place. But the best is the best breakfast you'll ever find in a Best Western. Biscuits and Gravy along with everything else you might hope for."

"Update: The front desk apologized and explained that this property is older and this is an issue they have. Just be aware shut the door when you use the shower!!! I stay at a lot of best westerns all over the United States, this one is absolutely ridiculous. Anytime you shower and open the bathroom door the fire alarm goes off. This happened multiple times at 11 at night. When I called the front desk and asked why this was happening I was accused of doing “something in the room” and was told she was upset cause the alarm went off in her office as well. No remote in the room as well, which is not a big deal. Be careful staying here in room 133 and showering with the bathroom door open."

"As soon as we walked in the smell of urine was so strong. I was so tired I didn't want to complain, but now I'm angry that I didn't say anything at check out. All I wanted to do was get home. 30 hours of driving will do that to you. I slept on top of the covers and my friend was almost in tears because of the smell. we had a couple hours of sleep and then were out of there. As we were leaving I then noticed tissue stuffed into the door security eye hole. What the heck! Super strange. I won't be staying here again. Also the paper thin walls really suck as well as the hard as concrete beds."

"Most comfortable bed ever that I've experienced in a motel. Rooms are clean and good sized. Bathroom is small, but nice sized tub. Continental breakfast was very nice."
