"My family has rented from this company for the last 10 years ~ out of 8 companies they have been the best landlords since we moved to Grants Pass back in '96. When something breaks they are "Johnny on-the-spot" – which is a rare thing these days. Our home is NICE! All the doors, trim, cabinets and drawers (lots of them) are oak throughout. The design of our home is smart and generous – they have high standards and have obviously invested a lot into building their rentals. They contact us once a year (except during covid-19) to schedule a thorough inspection and then immediately correct any issues (that we may not even have noticed) ensuring our home stays in tip-top working condition. They also handle all the yard work and exterior maintenance like gutters, sprinklers, fence repair, etc. – included with the rent. Great home. Great neighborhood. Great landlords. Great value. We do not want to rent from anyone else because they treat us like they want to be treated. Respect."

"In my career in Real Estate- Time is of The Essence. #1. #2. Diligence. After Much ado two different form of applications and lack of timely response from Michele we finally heard the 1 house they had listed was going to be sold by the owner. Of course that is after the fact 12 hours later as we timely submitted are likely application with our social security#'s on it... That the other representative k informs me the application has to be kept in their office for 2 years it is their property.. I read the reviews prior to approaching this property management . I will spread the word of how they operate."

"This is not a 'Property Management' this is a family conglomerate who owns a construction company (Imperial Homes) and manages their own rentals. My family and I rented from them for about a year and a half. I will say that, if you feel like being in a home where you can LIVE and feel COMFORTABLE and be at HOME, this is not the group to rent from. They hold their tenants to a VERY high standard with MANY rules, yet lack on their end. They expect you to be on point with any and all of their rules, yet slack when you, as a renter, have a concern or issue. It felt like a constant cycle of waiting to see what wrong you did. One positive I will say is that their tyrant ways pushed me to buying a home for my family and I. So, thanks for that. Take photos of EVERY SQUARE INCH of the house if you do decide to rent. RENTER BEWARE."
