"Local staff are generally great, remote management is spectacularly apathetic to the needs of their paying tenants and hamstrings the ability of local staff to be effective at addressing issues in a professional manor. Preventative maintenance is hugely neglected resulting in constant reactive maintenance and damage to tenant property. Tasks that would typically call for professional services are delegated to local maintenance staff, whether they're qualified or not. High turnover rate of local management is a huge red flag and means exactly what it looks like."

"I have lived in the condo at Riverwood for 4 months now the community is very quiet our Condo is very decent sized and the management is awesome if you have a problem the maintenance is on it the same day I highly recommend! Also they are pet friendly unlike most complexes !"

"Been here quite a while and seen three different owners and these ones are the best. They're really fixing them up and it's great management. Pretty high priced though, but you are able to have pets, a workout room, basketball hoops, etc."
