Allen's Mobile Villa

"Went to rent a spot was told 600 for first months rent and 200 deposit, when I get there they asked for more money. The lady in the front was so unorganized that she couldn't find the application papers, then when she did and I sent all my information she claimed she didn't receive my background check. Last was the extra money she asked for when I showed up with the money we agreed upon the first time we talked. The rules of the park are you clean up after your pets and there was dog feces all over the space I was going to rent, also traces of rats living all over the grounds, very unsanitary. Not recommended for anyone with children."

"We have lived here since December. Pretty quiet, nobody bothers us and vise versa. Manager Matt is friendly. Its an old park- he explained that to us upon move in (potential issues with plumbing) We only had 1 day this winter where our water was effected but it was resolved by end of day. We love it here. I am thankful I found this spot- compared to other rv/mobile parks in Roseburg- this one is cleaner, quiet, and I feel safe."

"This place is miserable !!!! JUST DONT DO IT !!!! There is several other places in this town. Cheaper and better. this is by far the worst. Manager is cool until his wife decided she runs the place. She is nit-picky and rude. I’ve seen her yelling at several residents. Just simply a terrible person. I’ve even had her walk in my home without permission. Be warned you live here you have to deal with her not any form of management because she runs her husbands head."

"The park is going through a lot of renovations, and are welcoming RV parking! Their is a new manager, a nice gentleman that is friendly and helpful. I am changing my 1 star review to a 4 star because of the renovations and the new manager (the woman before him 2020/2021 was not a nice person and difficult to talk with). It will be nice to see what they make for changes to this park."
