"I have lived here 13 years. The biggest problem I see here. Is the park is being ruined by the tenants and management allowing it. Getting worse every year. Lack of owner an manager investing in the park it self. Over looking tenants breaking park rules and regulations on the city. It seems like no one has pride of ownership. Including the owners."
